Speech therapy techniques help to improve communication. These include articulation therapy, language intervention activities, and others depending on the type of speech or language disorder.
Articulation, Fluency, Resonance, Receptive, Expressive, Cognitive-communication are various speech disorders that can be corrected or improved by regular sessions of speech therapy.
The approach used varies depending on the disorder. It may include physical exercise to strengthen the muscles used in speech (oral-motor work) speech drills to improve clarity or sound, or loudness and production practice to improve articulations and language parameters.
